Order Processing Time

▸ Processing Window: You have a 5-hour window after placing your order to request any changes or cancellations before we send your order to our print provider. After this window, your order will be processed, and changes may no longer be possible.

▸ Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

▸ Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

▸ Delays: In the event of high order volumes or external factors (e.g., shipping carrier delays, weather events), there may be a slight delay. We will notify you if this occurs.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Domestic Shipping (United States):

▸ Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
▸ Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (available at an additional cost)

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

Lost or Stolen Packages

RiseUpPrint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided by the customer. If your package is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier for assistance.

Shipping Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our made to order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made specifically for you upon ordering. We encourage you to double-check all order details, including sizes and designs, before completing your purchase.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at riseupprint.help@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

5. Enter Your Payment Details: Fill in your card details and billing info. Your payment is totally secure, and you won’t need a PayPal account.
